The MTN Dr.MS are large scale steel modular structures that can be built quickly and accommodate emergency response teams and the affected public. They are weather-protected, and fully customizable for any immediate response needs to disasters, catastrophic events, and any temporary facility. These disaster relief buildings can be constructed almost anywhere as modular hospitals or emergency centers and are available globally to fulfill the needs of governments and private organizations to address capacity issues for unprecedented events.
Endless Possibilities with MTN Dr. MS
Our modular hospital construction is not limited to a selected number of designs. Extra structures such as a number of Mobile Triage Cubes can be inserted within the main emergency building - MTN Dr. MS - to expand the range of applications. Deployed alongside additional modules or other temporary medical facilities, the entire system can accommodate a large number of patients to further ease the strain on traditional hospitals. In a matter of days, the temporary hospital with surrounding structures can become a truly usable working space, suitable for a variety of functions.

Applications of MTN Disaster Relief Structures
1. Medical Centers set up in dock area to support floating hospitals
During a pandemic, giant cruise ships are sometimes offered as floating hospitals to help deal with the crisis. In order to support healthcare staff in responding to patients' needs, setting up temporary medical centers in dock areas can provide a quick emergency solution.
Our main modular emergency structure, MTN Dr.MS, can be served as a large weather-proof medical center that can be erected within 3 days for immediate deployment. The complete turnkey fit out involves everything required for a fully functioning medical center.
2. Emergency field hospital built in public parks
To ease pressure on hospitals, a park is an area that can be used as an emergency field hospital. In the COVID-19 outbreak, New York Central Park has been re-purposed into a Respiratory Care Unit with 68 regular beds and 10 ICU beds to treat COVID-19 patients.
Unlike tents, MTN Dr.MS are large steel modular structures that are durable and secure, enabling medical staff to focus on the important work without having to worry about facilities being damaged. Besides, multiple medical units can be used together with the main structure to provide an all-round emergency service.
3. Modular hospital constructed in self-contained areas with close proximity to traditional hospitals
We, at Mountain Productions, are responding to the current crisis by delivering our quickly assembled medical service anywhere. We offer 2-hour express delivery to main cities such as New York City, Miami and Los Angeles.
During the Coronavirus outbreak, hospitals across the United States have erected simple triage structures outside emergency rooms to address an anticipated surge in patients. In this instance, MTN Dr.MS, which can be quickly erected in close proximity to traditional hospitals, will help to ease this burden by freeing up hospital space so that they do not become overwhelmed.
4. Integrated with additional structures to maximize efficiency in the battle to combat natural disasters
As a leader in engineering temporary structures, MTN Dr.MS takes the disaster relief work to another level by incorporating our proprietary ramping system and stairs into the structure.
In some circumstances, the units have to be constructed on a platform that may cause inconvenience to transportation and medical personnel. With the aid of ramps that are readily available, there will be no obstruction to ambulances and medical supply delivery. Workers can also easily access the building with stairs.
When multiple modules are built side by side, a vehicle can drive in between two buildings and speed up the delivery of emergency supplies to different medical stations. To optimize the traffic flow, signages with barricades are also immediately available to be put to use.
